Pay on delivery
Υou pay the moment you receive the products from the cooperating courier company. Cash on delivery cost is 2,50 €.
Bank Deposit

Τα έξοδα μεταφοράς βαρύνουν τον εντολέα. Οι παραπάνω προμήθειες, δεν επιστρέφονται σε περίπτωση επιστροφής του εμβάσματος από το κατάστημα μας, για οποιονδήποτε λόγο.

Shipping Information
Orders placed on business days are shipped with ELTA Courier. For orders placed over the weekend, they are sent on Monday, if it is a working day.
Shipping costs are free for any purchase over € 100. (shipments to Greece)
In case of purchase less than € 100, shipping costs are € 5.
Delivery is Express and you receive your parcel within 1-2 working days for land shipments within Greece and 2-3 working days for shipments to the Peloponnese. For shipments to island areas, the shipment takes 2-4 working days depending on the region. If it is a weekend, keep in mind that on Saturday, the transport company / courier does not make any delivery. However, you can pick up on Saturday from the ELTA Courier Office of your area, knowing your shipping number from the e-mail you will receive from us when processing your order.
All the above are revoked and modified accordingly, in exceptional cases - situations (eg COVID-19).
Parcels are sent to Cyprus only after depositing the amount and sending a copy of the deposit.
Shipping costs to Cyprus is 15€ and charged to the customer. Shipment is made by ELTA Courier, Foreign Service Fast Parcel Cyprus (FPC), by Air transport & Online tracking (track & trace). The parcel is delivered to the Courier the day after your order and it takes 4-5 working days to reach its destination.
Note that when you order with PAYMENT ON DELIVERY, for yoyr order to be executed, will be preceded by us phone call to the phone you provided us, so that the order is confirmed as well as that your details are real. If the customer does not respond, he receives a message from us to contact us himself. If even then there is no communication, unfortunately for security reasons because there has been no confirmation that everything is real, the shipment of the order is NOT done and gets canceled.
To avoid any inconvenience and delay please check before completing your order, that the phone number you stated is the correct one. Also, in order to avoid any delay, please use an active and secure e-mail address (e-mail) as well as a valid phone number available so that we can contact you if there is any problem with your order.
Loss of parcel
MUSE E.E. cannot be held responsible in case of delay in delivery or in case of loss of your parcel due to transport / courier.
In any such case, which you do not receive within the stated deadlines, initially MUSE E.E. performs a check to the courier, which can take a maximum of 15 days.
During this period, no refunds or refunds can be made. If there is no update within 15 days, the order is canceled, so in case you have paid by credit / debit card, the amount will be refunded.
